Currently, we're on the bench at least once per week.

Above —We're studying the CXA1019S chip from Sony. --Amazing IC-- ! We're trying to reverse engineer the stunningly efficient audio stage ( as possible) to get insight into 5 VDC (or less) radio set design. Nonsurprisingly -- building radios for low voltage & low current requires a different skillset. We're working to hopefuly learn this craft - and to share any successes by video. A new menu item with resources for 3-5 VDC radio craft is under future consideration -- but only if we can crack the code!
It's lots of fun to take on new challenges and to avoid your comfort zone + avoid the tired old content that dominates many analog radio designs.
We are also working on designing a differential harmonic mixer - a downconverter for direct conversion @ HF.
